Where is my order?
You can track your order on the carrier’s page using the tracking number we send to your email when your package ships.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout.
How do I return an item?
Go to our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the step-by-step instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within the first 2 hours after purchase. Contact us immediately through our Let’s Talk page.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
