Where is my order?

You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number we send to your email once your order has been shipped.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

• United States: 5–15 business days
• International orders: 7–20 business days

The indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• In its original condition
• Properly protected for return shipping
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

You must request prior authorization by emailing your order number to:

Once approved, you will receive the return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may only be modified or canceled within the first 2 hours after purchase.

After this timeframe, the order enters the fulfillment process and can no longer be canceled.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos of the item.

We will review your case and, if applicable, offer an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies.
