Find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds for your Joyvena order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

- It must be properly protected for return shipping.

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. When applicable, these exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

How can I return an item?
  1. Contact our customer service with your order number via email at joyvena@outlook.com.

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you the return instructions and confirm the address of our authorized U.S. return center.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method if approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are possible for products of the same value, subject to availability and approval.

If the new item has a higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
If the new item has a lower value, the difference is not refunded.

All exchange requests must follow the return approval process first.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless:

- The product arrived defective

- The product arrived damaged

- An incorrect item was sent due to an error attributable to Joyvena

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Joyvena is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Are duties and import taxes included?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error attributable to Joyvena.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
