Find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds for your Joyvena order.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as items are in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact.
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., beauty tools or accessories).
How can I return an item?
  1. Contact our customer service with your order number (via Let’s Talk).
  2. We’ll email you the return instructions and address.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges are possible for any product of the same value.
If the new item has a higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
If the new item has a lower value, the difference is not refunded; we recommend choosing another product to complete the value.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
Are duties and import taxes included?
No. Joyvena is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in your country. These costs must be covered by the customer if applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s issued.
