1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons or special promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States: 5 to 15 business days

  • International orders: 7 to 20 business days

The delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Note: Delivery times may be impacted during national holidays in both the country of origin and the destination country, as well as during periods of high commercial demand.

3. Shipping Costs and Promotions

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and current conditions.

Joyvena may offer free shipping promotions or other special benefits, which will be subject to the terms and conditions published on the website at the time of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

Joyvena is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, holds, or clearance procedures.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take between 24 and 72 hours to become active within the carrier’s system.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, you may contact us to initiate a carrier investigation.

Joyvena is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In the event that a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will evaluate the case and determine the appropriate resolution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

If an order is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we will contact you to coordinate a solution. Any additional reshipping costs must be covered by the customer upon prior agreement.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, armed conflicts, international logistics disruptions, or customs-related issues.
