How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Using this number, you can monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Important: Although the tracking email is sent when your order is dispatched, tracking information may take between 24 and 72 hours to activate or show movement in the carrier’s system.

I didn’t receive my tracking number

First, please check your inbox — the tracking email is sent automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Also review your spam or junk folder, as the message may occasionally be filtered there.

Include your order number, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

If the tracking status indicates that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Confirming that the shipping address entered was correct
- Contacting the carrier directly for additional information
